Corrugating rolls with different diameters are chosen: 460/360; 408/360; 408/408; 360/360


The corrugating roll is set under the machine ,which lowers the center of gravity of corrugating machine and less vibration with more stable operation.


● Corrugating roll is set at the lower position, so that the roll changing is more safe, convenient and fast.


Bearings of upper and lower corrugating rolls and pressure roll with hydraulic system, glue roll be controlled by pneumatic system, which has the stability of the hydraulic control and the slow balance of the pneumatic control. The gap adjustment between rollers is controlled by electric micro-adjustment with digital indication, which can solve the damage of A.C. motor caused by humidity, high temperature and vibration.


The independent transmission design of the pressing roll is beneficial to reduce the indentation and improve the strength of the single corrugated paper.


Replace the corrugating roll by an electric trolley. Combining the entire set of corrugating roll cassettes with the pneumatic pump to feed the entire set of cassettes into the machine, then fasten it with the oil pressure system and fixed on the machine base without too many tools, which can be done quickly and easily with just a few push button switches.


● The steam inlet and outlet used by the corrugating roll are concentrated on the connecting panel, and the steam is controlled to be ON / OFF with the pneumatic valve. The corrugating roll can be pre-heated before replacement without using 'Standby'. It just needs to open the steam inlet with the pneumatic valve for producing immediately.


Modified gluing system, the glue roll and wiper roll are cover the whole gluing holder. The wiper roll is set under the gluing machine making gluing evenly. With the difference in the circumferential tangent speed between the glue roll and wiper roll, the surface of the glue roll maintains a stable thickness to produce smooth corrugated paper.


Depending on the production speed and various paper qualities to set different gluing, and also can be achieved required gaps automatically and quickly. When reaches the high speed, the gluing width can be made up immediately to avoid the spread of gluing.


 A gluing tank is far from the heat source to prevent the gluing from being gelatinized in a high temperature environment for a long time. Coupled with the overflow-type gluer, the gluing height is kept constant without lack of gluing.


 The gluing unit  is equipped with movable gluing system,which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
